Sand Casting -
3D printed tooling can reduce costs in short production runs and decrease prototyping time. 3D printing is the ideal method of creating highly-complex cores and patterns.
Investment Casting -
We can create wax masters by two methods:
For Production Volumes: Starting with a 3D printed pattern, our process uses a composite mold to create any number of wax masters for use in investment casting. This method reduces initial tooling costs and avoids extended lead-times.
For One-Offs and Prototypes: We print wax-like positives directly using SLA technology. Our resin burns out cleanly with no ash or residue.
